  • I am located in South Etobicoke in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

  • Yes! I offer in-person sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and virtual sessions Monday through Thursday.

  • My hours are Monday to Thursday 9:30-ish to 3:30ish. I do not have evening or weekend availability.

  • My fees are:

    • 75-minute session: $262.50

    • 90-minute session: $315

    • Intensive Therapy sessions: $225/hour

PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT CURRENTLY OFFER 60-MINUTE SESSIONS.

  • In 50-minute sessions, we spend lots of time checking-in, getting comfortable, getting focused on the work and then diving in. Then we have to spend time closing the session, containing whatever it is we are working on, and getting re-oriented to our day and moving on in our week. This leaves limited time to do the deep healing work that is often necessary for transformational change. In a longer session, you can take the time you need to really do a thorough piece of healing work, allowing time to complete it and integrate it. It ends up being more efficient in the long-run!

  • If you are interested in working together, fill out the form here to send me a message. From there we will schedule a 15-20 minute phone or video consult to see if we might be a good fit in working together. From there we decide what format of sessions make sense (weekly or intensive) and schedule according to both our availabilities!

  • A modality is an approach to therapy that uses a specific lens to view the problem and the pathway to change and uses specific tools and strategies to support exploration and change. The main modalities that I use are:

    • Parts Work/IFS

    • EMDR

    • DBR

    • DBT

You can learn more about these approaches on my 'Blogs' page.

  • I often start where other therapists left off - my passion is going to the deep layers of our psyche to do the healing work necessary for lasting transformational change.

In sessions I sometimes swear and we often laugh, using some lightness to help us get through the sometimes painful work we are doing.
